Mist through your home or lightly spray onto linens, cushions and soft furnishings to surround your space with a sophisticated blend of juicy pear, warm spice and creamy sweetness.

Delivery:ย
Within Australia, online orders will typically be dispatched within 3-4 days from time of order (excluding weekends).ย For example, if you order at 3pm on Friday, courier will pick up from us the following Wednesday/Thursday. Please note, there may be exceptions. Time frames also vary during sale periods such as EOFY, Black Friday, or any sale throughout the year when we may be inundated with orders all at once. We are a small family-owned and operated business, but our goal is to always get your order out as quickly as possible.ย
Wax Obsession is currently set up to deliver within Australia only. However, if you are an international buyer, please contact us atย hello@waxobsession.com.au and we would be happy to help you with your international order. Please note, there may be some customs restrictions on shipping certain products overseas. Credit card payments are processed in Australia and some banks may charge your account an exchange rate fee for purchases made outside of Australia. We can provide more details once we evaluate your order, including shipping costs.
Returns: โ Wax Obsessionโs return policy is 14 days (within 14 days of receiving the goods) and is only applicable for online sales (not wholesale). If 14 days has passed since receiving your goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return (within the 14-day time period), your item and packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.ย To complete your return, please email us at hello@waxobsession.com.au within 14 days of your order date. We will send you a Returns Authorisation form to send back to use along with your proof of purchase (receipt). Without the Return Authorisation form and proof of purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on condition of product/packaging. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, Australia Post or another delivery party is used for all shipments, so all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to refund any freight costs. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. It is up to the buyer to package returns appropriately to avoid breakage. Any items damaged during shipment back to Wax Obsession will not be eligible for return. When shipping any items you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking capabilities, in which case we cannot be responsible for the package.
Exceptions: For hygiene and health reasons, products that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned for change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to, Roll-On Perfumes and Body Oils.
Eau de Parfum sprays may be returned within 14 days only if they remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Any seals, security stickers, or tamper-evident labels must remain intact.
Products that have been opened, used, tested, or are not in their original saleable condition cannot be returned.
Exchanges: โ Wax Obsession only authorises an exchange/replacement if items are defective or damaged, or if we have accidently sent you the incorrect item. In the case of a defective/damaged item, Wax Obsession requires an email to hello@waxobsession.com.au including a photo or video of the damaged item within 14 days of receiving the delivery, otherwise an exchange will not be available. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When shipping items you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking capabilities in which case we cannot be responsible for the package.
